Got this toy for my 6 and 3 year old boys. They play with it all the time. My three year old is pretty small and he has this huge watch on his arm just working the dial. He really digs it. It does not do much but makes noise and my kid loves that. He thinks he is Ben Ten. So, any toy they play with is good. It did not do much for me but I expected more technology for the price.

This game is sort of like Twister meets Simon Says. Lay the Hullabaloo pads around on the floor about two 'kid's feet' away from each other. The pads are different shapes and colors and have pictures and words on them. Turn on the game console and the cheerful music begins, a happy voice welcomes you to the game and then gives the simple directions you'll need to play. "Jump on a square shape," "Slide over to a red shape," "Hop to a shape with an animal on it" and so on. Then it might tell you to freeze, or to put a body part on one pad, and then a different body part on another. Then, it'll tell you that if you are on a particular pad at the end of that round, you are the winner. This is one of those toys that gets the kids up an moving. Fun music, fun 'rewards' = "do a silly dance". they LOVE it. I am always looking for ways to 'reach' my boy who has autism. This just helps initiate play.
Customer Review: Children probably need to be at least five years old
I was so excited to get this toy after reading all of the awards that it had won. We have a 4, soon to be 5, little girl and a just turned 2 girl as well. I thought that at least the 4 year old could really enjoy it with her sister just "acting" like she was playing along. These girls are both very bright, but I believe that it will take another 6 months for them to be able to really play this together. I may have to sit down with them and just reveiw all of the different shapes and colors and drawings that are on the pads that the game is centered around. I had their Dad sit down with them because I was busy cooking breakfast......I think that someone with a little more patience has to be prepared to sit down with the young ones and maybe review the items with them.......other than that, I can't wait until I get the chance to do it with them.....it seems like a lot of fun for them and my kind of toy....educational.

i am a vintage audio guy and was dying for some new music. when i looked at the artests lineup i said what the heck.
well, the musics are mediocre, i have to say Santana definately do a better job in his collaborated CDs.
nevertheless, i do enjoy a few tracks and feel justified.

I bought numerous learning computer games for my two daughters who are 6 and 3 years old. These games included "Learn to Play Chess with Fritz and Chester", Madeline, Reader Rabbit, Amazon Trail, Reading Blaster, Where in the USA Carmen San Deigo, Carmen San Diego Junior Detective, and Leapster Leap-pad games. Out of thirty-some games, this is my six year old's favorite game. Every time she plays it, it gets harder and changes the pictures. She loves the challenge. Even I play it sometimes. Highly recommended!

This two-disc retrospective traces the Canadian bard's musical maturity from poet and novelist who sang a little to multidimensional artist whose oracular vocals and increasingly rich arrangements are every bit as compelling as his verse. Even when Cohen came to prominence through the 1960s songcraft of "Suzanne" and "Bird on a Wire," the "folksinger" tag never really fit. Later highlights ranging from the deadpan drollery of "Tower of Song" and "Everybody Knows" to the apocalyptic anthemry of "First We Take Manhattan" and "Democracy" suggest that other labels might be more appropriate: cabaret surrealist, spiritual gadfly, sensual prophet, agent provocateur. Cohen chose the selections, drawing more than half of the 31 tracks from three landmark albums--his 1967 debut Songs of Leonard Cohen, 1988's I'm Your Man, and 1992's The Future--along with four from 2001's Ten New Songs. The collection justifies its title as deep as it goes, though it's a shame that Cohen's commercial profile couldn't justify the more elaborate box set his artistry warrants (one that would at least include lyrics and musician credits). I did not know who Leonard Cohen was until XM radio - then I heard a program of his music ---- he really was amazing and I love the "gruff" kind of voice - just adds to his music -- somehow even songs you know from other more well-known people sound better when he sings his own music.

I'll admit it. Before listening to this album, I had only the slightest idea of who Leonard Cohen was - he was, to me, merely a name mentioned in a Nirvana song and, well, actually, that's it. He was a name.
I don't remember how exactly I came to own the album, or how I managed to live my life for so long without even knowing about the man, but upon first listen, I was in love - Mr. Cohen's voice is like the smooth, comforting voice of a father or grandfather trying to explain to you the secrets of life way before you can even begin to comprehend them - everything, in fact - he is the complete package - a master of his trade and this, this essential collection a master collection. Granted there are probably a few songs missing - as there are on ALL 'Essential Collection' albums, but if you are new Mr. Cohen, and you want something that'll give you the most for your buck, this album is it. A five star review has never come so easily.
